A donor who believes that a donation was made in error, duplicated or resulted from an unauthorised transaction should contact the Trust as soon as possible at:

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the transaction, payment status, applicable payment gateway procedures and applicable law.

Where a payment gateway or financial institution has already settled the transaction, the Trust may need to coordinate with the relevant service provider before determining the appropriate resolution.

Any statement regarding tax exemption, deduction, receipt or benefit will be made only where applicable under prevailing law and where the Trust holds the required registration or approval.

Donors should independently verify their eligibility for any tax benefit and consult a qualified tax professional where necessary.
